because my petition took almost a year to be approved

@Mo Me Im in MD, my cases is in NBC the cases I had hear are in that office and I just have approved the work and travel permit

@Gabriela Stringfellow yes but was your case transferred to the local FO? you can ask a live agent. My case was transferred from NBC to Buffalo in Dec. I filed my 485 same day as you, but I already had an approved 130. I-130 are taking almost 16 months now to be approved, most likely yours will be less because you file concurrently.

@Mo Me where I can ask a life agent?, I mean like my travel permit was approved on January from the NBC I sent everything together

@Gabriela Stringfellow those are separate nothing really to do with your other cases. The petition usually takes the longest to be approved unless you are one of the very very luck ones. mine took 361 days but everyone’s case is different. Good luck 🍀
