from what I’m seeing, you should expect a decision when you’re teaching a 1110 days mark if the processing time doesn’t increase.

it doesn’t accurate and current processing time is 41 months so if I were you leave this app for a good amount of time and live my life cuz you have a long way to go

@a D Not accurate at all! It only track the people that are registered with the app. Save your money and don’t pay for it. Plus you’ve only applied this year, tbh you shouldn’t expect something before 2026 that’s even the soonest. Some people from 2019,2020 are still waiting and I’m 2021 still waiting. I’ll do what @tired from waitingg said, take time to live and don’t stress yourself too much, cause it’s a long road ahead.

Which categories did you file your I-765 with? c9 or c31?

@a D you need to do more research, if your lawyer filed through c31 your work permit only gon be produced till your vawa is approved and guess what that can take up to 3-4 years… Nebraska timeline for ead is 4-6 months, Vermont is 7-8 months. your work permit is way out of processing time so idk who the hell told you 11 months. if your lawyer would of file through c09 “under adjustment of status” which it means they give you a combo card for 5 years and I’m pretty sure you would of have it in your hands already… while you wait for your vawa decision. do more research don’t trust you lawyer that much.

yesterday I called my lawyer and he asked if I qualify for that category and I was confuse cause I don’t know much about this and time too is running out I pay school fees out of pocket rent and everything and I only braid and now all my customers are in school so is kinda difficult for me

@a D Your lawyer is a total failure, yes you do qualify because you have an I-485 petition. which it means while you wait for your i-485 you have your ead “C09 category”. I feel you I know how frustrating this is do what I told you file asap for that category because if you dont your gon be waiting up to 3-4 years for an ead..

my best advice is if you in school, when you recieve your prima facie, try and apply for some student aid
