Talked to our lawyer today
I asked if there was anyway we can get permission to travel out of the country. my husbands daughter is having her quinceañera in November and like another other girl she wants her dad to be able to dance with her, the father daughter dance. but our lawyer said unless it’s an emergency situation we most likely wouldn’t be approved to expedite. 😓just venting I guess.

Dont risk it. Even if you are approved, it is the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry to allow you back in. My cousin was approved to attend a funeral. Was denied entry in Miami although she was approved.

@Sureberry R My mother was just diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer and blood cancer (multiple myeloma). I was denied to go. She is not bad enough yet. They will not approve you fast as it is not an emergency. I am sorry you will miss that with your daughter.

@Sureberry R Where you able to get the 131? I remembered your user name when I just replied to you. I hope it comes through for you in time.
