Based on the FO processing time you can assess. Your your FO seems is processing OK as compared to many other FO. Mine is more than four weeks now but no response till now , FO is Brooklyn NY? if they have responded to you that they have received your medicals I would guess within 3-4 weeks give or take.

they confirmed receipt within 2 days of it being delivered. nearing a month since they have received it, hence curious on timelines.

@GC Hopeful I think it’s a good sign that they at least confirmed it. You should be hopeful of an approval pretty soon.

@GC Hopeful EB1A, PD July 2019 and currently in CRP since Dec 2023. medical RFE despite including in initial application. recvd Dec 26, 2023 but no no updates and only says CRP. In LA FO, but now at NBC and waiting. LINxxxxxx

No. this was Emma’ version and Emma has been consistent with the reply for the past 2 weeks. Just FYI, my status has been CRP since Dec 6, after which I received RFE, sent the response but none of these were relfected/ updated online. it just says CRP.

@GC Hopeful The words I used was “where is my case now” next question is “my PD is current, do you need anything more”

@Michael M the notice provides a number to contact if you recieve no response within 60 days of receipt. have you tried that?
