same here since may 2019 I’m still waiting and did you have interview
Abc SinghMay 30, 2022
@price day not yet
Rocco FortéMay 30, 2022
Is this a waiver? sorry if I have asked you this before but it’s crazy that they are sitting in your case. you need to sue them
Ahmed hamaMay 30, 2022
from experience, I will tell you the N400 will be a reason your case either get delayed or processed sooner. I was in the same situation and when I went to the uscis office to get stamp last year, the officer told me the N400 is the reason my case is delayed
Rocco FortéMay 30, 2022
@ahmed that officer you spoke to is clueless…with all due respect
muhammad khanMay 30, 2022
i better need attorney to sue th Uscis its legal after 120 days u can file a lay suit against uscis
Abc SinghMay 30, 2022
I know n400 could be reason behind delay... but they can make decision on i751.... either call me for interview or waive my interview & approve my case... if I have 10yrs GC in my hand... I don't care abt my n400... they can take long time even a year or two years.
muhammad khanMay 31, 2022
ur time is already completed u dont need to wait anymore after filing law suit u ll get ur citizenship in 2 weeks
Abc SinghMay 31, 2022
yes... I'm thinking so...thank you
Bin 4545May 31, 2022
I 751 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since April 2019. I filed petion in January 2019. still waiting for the interview and I also had second i551 stamp recently in May 2022. don’t know still how long I should wait😔
muhammad khanMay 31, 2022
i been through with this process then i file lay suit
Rocco FortéMay 31, 2022
@Bin file a writ of mandamus
Kamilla saedMay 31, 2022
filing a lawsuit will get you nothing brother but headache and they might take it against you, talk to your attorney and do it right..
muhammad khanJun 1, 2022
it works its a legal right after 120 days people r just stoping u frm the right thing i been through with all that stuff..
Kamilla saedJun 1, 2022
what did you exactly do!?
Rocco FortéJun 1, 2022
@Muns you are funny. i wonder who told you that
Ahmed hamaJun 2, 2022
@Rocco I believe the officer knows more than you unless you are also immigration officer lol
Kamilla saedJun 2, 2022
@Rocco 7 different attornies .. and i don't see it funny
Kamilla saedJun 2, 2022
@Ahmad the officer knows way more
Rocco FortéJun 2, 2022
Lmao @Ahmed and @Muns 😂😂 You guys must really enjoy waiting unnecessarily. USCIS is sitting on your case while rooting against you but you don’t wanna sue because it will piss them off. Wow 😂😂😂😂😂. Hundreds of people have successfully sued them and got their cases processed.
muhammad khanJun 2, 2022
@rocco u r right , Uscis is only wasting time with no reason simple n easy case n they putt us on long wait n its law nobody putt u in waiting line with no reason that y i sued them n in one week i get my case done u guys think abt money to paying attorney u guys dont care how they r wasting u time
Rocco FortéJun 2, 2022
@Badshah did they mention you suing them at your interview? I bet they did not
muhammad khanJun 2, 2022
no they didn’t
Kamilla saedJun 2, 2022
@Rocco why would I sue them if my case didn’t exceed the processing time? I’m your case I would just go to USCIS office and let them know about my case even before waiting for 1200 days! it’s your responsibility to follow up on your case ..
Ahmed hamaJun 3, 2022
@Badshah and Rocco, I believe it cost almost $5k to sue uscis, the question is why will I waste such an amount. as at today I’ve my decision and card has been sent. again the officer told me my case will be decided in soon and it did happen.
Rohan DesaiJun 3, 2022
one advice to everyone who filing i751 waiver shoud never apply for N 400 untill clear i751 aur you will get delays and delays for sure .. Thanks
Kamilla saedJun 3, 2022
@Rohab why is that?
Abc SinghJun 3, 2022
@Rohan Naik both things are okay... I saw some posts regarding people who filed n400 while pending i751 and n400 speedup i751 soon applicants have combo interviews... in other hand, some condition uscis open case i751 for interview but they see applicant has file n400 as well... then they wait for n400 interview to make together both cade decisions..
Rohan DesaiJun 3, 2022
@ ABC singh read my post again..I specifically said about i751 waiver and if you think you’re right I can see your situation…
Rohan DesaiJun 3, 2022
I’m in same boat I filed waiver and I asked my attorney to file N 400 and she advice me not file untill clear you i751 waiver
Rohan DesaiJun 3, 2022
but if you think you’re right no worries
Ahmed hamaJun 4, 2022
