Travelling outside US after filing for I-140
Can someone please tell me if I can travel -
1) If I have sumbmitted my i-140 but the priority date is not current
2) If I filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently and prioirity date is current
I have a L1 visa and can travel. I want to understand the impact on Adjustment of Status if I travel. How long can the travel be outside the US? #I-140 #adjustmentOfStatus #L1 #travel
