My VAWA was approved on September 6, but since then, there has been no update on my I-485 form. It's been more than three months now. I called USCIS and spoke to the bot. When I checked the status of my case, the bot informed me that my case is at the NBC. However, I never received an update about my case being transferred. I'm tired of waiting for the medical RFE! Is anyone else in the same situation? How long did it take for you to receive the medical RFE?

i waited 4 months for them to send me an RFE then they scheduled my interview yesterday

@ peace please go ahead and do the medical. it does not expire. it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to get done. go on the uscis website and find a uscis surgeon in your area. get your medicals done. so when they do request it u will have it done. I paid 350$ and I had most of the vaccines already because I worked in health care field.. they should and will give u 2 copies. a sealed one that u wil send to your lawyer and the other one for yourself. @

I'm in the same situation, my vawa was approved on August 29 and nothing on my i485. how did you speak to a bot?

My Vawa was approved on August 1st. No update. I callled USCIS last week, and I was told that my case was transferred to NBC. No update since then.
