Us Citizen Applying for spouse/ California Service Center
Hi everyone. I applied for my husband last year and California service center put it in actively review March 27,2024. I want to know how much time it does take for California Service Center to clear the case. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have no update after 27 March, 2024.

You will need to be patient. March has a huge backlog because of the fee increase in April.

so how much delay it will be? Will my husband will be here around summer?

Probably he will be approved on uscis by june/july and then he has the NVC stage. Depending on what country he is it takes 5-12 more months for the final interview.

he is still in India so it will be in India the other steps
