guys, I’m trying to upload my RFE response on my USCIS account, but it displays the error
“ you could not upload your file. please try again in a few minutes”
though I tried it many times but no luck.
anyone experienced this? any help would be appreciated

I had the same problem. I bring down the size of my documents under 3Mb and the problem solved. although it allows to upload max 6Mb. Just make a try.

my document size is just 416KB

Make sure your file is in one of the right formats.
