I put in my VAWA application in February 2020, I received an RFE in March 2023 and I submitted my RFE in June 2023. I have not had any thing yet. any one has this same issue, pls advice. thank you

I was asked to provide additional information for my marriage, they believe my marriage was not based on love, more documents together like pictures and insurance. also house rent receipt. and references with there photo id's. which I provided 5 references and there id"s. and I provided more documents. but I did not provid the receipt because my landlord don't give receipts.

I think you need to reach out to your congressman. I’m may 2020 and the response I got was”case is still pending due to background check” Do you have a lawyer??

my VAWA filed in Oct 2018. No good documents and hence they sent two RFES and finally denied in September 2023.
Refiled in Oct 2023 and received prima facie in Dec 2023. Then EAD and travel document approved and issued in May 2024. Hoping case approval and GC soon. God won’t let me down which I believe

First time I didn’t get PF. After I refiled I got PF and my ead and travel document approved

@Bob Kunze. my lawyer advised I wait as well. I asked if it’s possible I file mandamus some days ago and he said I should wait till the year runs out. I’m thinking I should get another lawyer to know what’s going on with my VAWA case

My ead I-765 c9 status changed card was mailed to me 2 weeks back but till date I didn’t see in my mailbox. is that normal?

Today I knocked the door of my previous apartment and got to knew that my EAD with travel document was with them. Happily collected it from them. Guys please note that even you update in USPS , the priority mails or letters from USCIS will still be delivered to the address what is updated with USCIS. Therefore, whenever you guys move to a different address, please update both in USPS and USCIS.
