Vawa Advance Parole
Hi,Vawa friends does anyone applied for Vawa concurrently with I485,I765 and I131
I just got update for Advance Parole I131 was denied, do you know why,till my lawyer receive the reason.Thanks

yes filed for I485 received combocard but got abused didn't continue the case

My lawyer told me they did errors cause my removal was terminated and got I130 approvedthen I got combo card in 2015,so my lawyer will refile AP with expedite and cover letter to show the errors they made and to not impact my other applications in Nebraska.
