if you have no criminal record you should be able to get your vawa and greencard. He might impose more strict rules for people with criminal records and also may prolong or delay the waiting times for people seeking asylum through executive order which means it’s just temporary (his time in office next President can cancel out those executive orders) for anything to pass as law it has to go through senate and congress.

we really do not know. vawa is a law. he can not change it just because he wants. i think he might delay all processes. thats my opinion. 😩🙏
