I'm in the same boat. Filed Sept 2019. Vawa approved in November 2021, but I checked the USCIS online & it states my Vawa was approved in February 2022. I have my paperwork that states November 2021. This makes no sense to me. I hope this new approval date doesn't push my case even further back.

o o ~ I just got off the phone w/USCIS. I explained to the person at the call centre that I need clarification. The i360 was approved last yr in Oct, yet this new info on the USCIS is stating I got approved this year in February. All of the prior info that was on MyUSCIS regarding the history of my case, has been changed to reflect this new approval date of February 22. Which I KNOW is not true, bcoz I have the original approval notice in my house. So much BS has gone on w/this case, I just need to speak to officer to straighten this out so it makes sense to me & I have clarity. I don’t want to sit here thinking my case is near the end if they’re honestly going to use this new approval date.

@K P so what was the response from the call center agent that you spoke to? Was she able to explain anything to you? I have the same issue. my i360 case got approved on the 14th of March and my card got delivered on the 21st of the same month. Then the approval notice got delivered to me on the 25th of May. On the USCIS website, it states that my case got approved on the 25th as against the approval date of 14th of March that is on the approval notice. i really don’t understand what’s going on.

@o o ~ The agent at the call center don’t have any answers. tbh…….it sounded like she was working from home, nothing wrong w/that, as I too work remotely. She wanted to know how long I’d been waiting for someone to answer the call: 32 mins, which is actually good for an afternoon call. Now I wait for an officer or SOMEONE to return the call. That’s who will determine if you need an info pass appt or not. Smh This is so crazy. She gave me the # that will be calling me (I guess so I’ll answer the phone) & a svc # which I know they ask for. So now I wait.

bless bless ~ Thank you so much. Online info for my f/o & they’re approvals for GC’s state 14 months. August will be 9 months since my Vawa approval & 1661 days since they received my I485 application.

Lucky you. My VAWA was filed back in early 2020 and I've never heard a thing from USCIS except my EAD being renewed every year and that I just got a RFE letter today

I'm on month 35 and waiting for a new interview as they scheduled me in the wrong state. If you submitted your medical and did your interview I would send a letter to VSC and request an interview.
