Waiting For the RFE (I 485)
Hello Community,
My Vawa got approved in last July,
and then they send me RFE for I 485 on October, but the RFE went back to USCIS, and I try to send them the request multiple times, even with the physical letter.
still did not heard anything back from them.
what’s going on with USCIS right now,
and anyone else experiencing the same situation?

I got the notification today saying post office was not able to deliver my notice and so it has been returned to USICS. I am super stressed right now.

rfe was medicals? wait for approved they said between 1 - 6 months but I saw some case almost 1 year. I saw 2 cases was schedule an interview after medicals rfe, not almost everyone received rfe medicals was waived from the interview.

@Gods Child they will send it back. I had similar case too when my vawa was approved.
