After biometric is completed, your info will send for background check, we will not know the status whether the check is completed or not.

I did mine in santa rosa 2 months ago and status never changed.

we sent the 130 online and we received the receipt letter from them one week after. we sent the rest of the forms (485/765/131) July 8.

takes about 6-8 months after bio for the interview to be scheduled. mine took 5 months for San Jose

@MR just heard from my professor that IOE It just means it's filed online and all the letters will be online, biometrics and etc.

all my applications start with IOE and my lawyer mailed out a package.and I receive all the notices in the mail too

I’ve been receiving mt notices in the mail as well. but before they arrive I can access them on my account.

@mr Did you notice that ther is a part that says documents for each case? you can see there any letter in the future

@mr exactly! go to your 485 when you have the chance. cases status/ case history and then documents you will see USCIS NOTICES under that you will see your uploads( wich is basically everything of your 485 that your attorney sent to them, all the forms)

about your 130 it might be in your attorney’s account then…

all those things that you just said my husband and I upload online with the 130 form… so I also can’t see it under the 485.

I sent by mail with my 485 the other forms, tax copies/ birth certificates and I can see them. because they scanned it and put online

I applied September last year. got biometrics done in April. interviewed sept and approved on the spot

ya. but my interview scheduled earlier than other people’s average wait time. I seen ppl wait up to a year for their interview to be scheduled depending on their FO
