what is a geeen checkmark on My uscis? (regarding on Evidence was received)
Hi,
I checked my USCIS case status today, and I saw a little green checkmark below the status description. I wish I could attach a screenshot!

However, there is a green checkmark below this description that says:
✅ Response received on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 8:59 a.m. PDT. We will review the evidence.
They initially mentioned they would start working on my case on January 9, but the green mark update says they are reviewing it on June 6. I am confused. Does anyone know what it means?

@stella r the same thing happened to me exactly what it says on yours says on mine. i am so confused as well i dont understand if they started working on my case january 10 or may 25😐

i sent of RFE today and I got my updated couple minutes after.. this is what mine said….Response received on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 6:07 p.m. EDT. We will review the evidence.

I spoke to them about it today , they told me it means they are done reviewing the RFE

@stella r nothing yet waiting since january that i sent my RFE response but on may 25 there was that green check mark and says response received on may 25 i have no idea what that means. best of luck on your case keep us posted if you get any updates.

FYI, don’t trust too much in a lawyer’s comments. They have no idea with that green mark update.

My green mark also changed before it showed May 12th and changed to June 10th and on the same day the I-130 was in active review and after that nothing more @stella r

Hello guys,
I am on the same boat like everyone of you here, I have been checking my status online 3 times a day and nothing is change, the last update was Response to USCIS Request For Evidence was received, dated October 3, 2023, after 3 weeks I saw this green check mark saying "Response received on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at 1:53PM EDT we will review the evidence". I will try to post the screen shot if I can. Please let me know if you're on the same situation and got response.
