@José Rosa that’s too long. you should have gotten a decision on your work permit now. definitely make an inquiry with USCIS. also make sure your attorney file your work permit under the C09 category, sometimes they do ur wrong.

@José Rosa I am waiting since Dec 2023 no EAD yet. Only got my AP. Filled i765, i131, i360 with AOS i485 under C09. I know about my 2 friends that waited over a year to a 16 months. We not the only ones. This month marks a year for me.

@ I got my combo card at 247 days, why don’t you make an inquiry or call usisc? because I’m so sure if I lawyer filed for you they bullish* you

@j m I did fill with a layer. They filled everything concurrently but my EAD is still pending. I've called USCIS so much. I'm tired. I got my AP in August already & no EAD. AP was at Nabraska and EAD Vermont.

@ make an inquiry, I honestly think is not normal such a wait specially under aos. have your lawyer showed you the receipts and that they say c09?

@j m nope she didn't. My lawyer barely talks to me but I did talk to USCIS already twice already. They said it's under AOS i765 so I will get it before vawa approved. When I call in they just say it's not approved yet..
