Everything is desperate, since November 2023 I have had my visa approved, I sent everything together in June 2020, medical exams in April 2024, background in May 2024 and the last update was on July 24, 2024, I'm about to go crazy, since October 2024 the congressman has been helping me but nothing and on Saturday I sent a letter to my local office (my case is in Nashville TN) to see if they tell me something,
