Hi, my I-765 got approved today through #VAWA. I am graduating on June, I have applied for OPT as well. Do you recommend using OPT to work until VAWA is approved? I am a little concerned with current administration. Should I continue maintaining student status until my I-360 is approved? Also, how long does it take to receive EAD after it says “Card is being produced”? Thank you for your feedback!

Hello my people. i got vawa approval last september 2024, i received c31 for 2 years, i went to renew my Driver license 2 weeks ago with my work permit valid for 2 years in hand, they said i should wait for 2nd verification from uscis for 5 days, i got cleared from uscis i went back to dps to renew driver license valid until Dec 2025 only 9 months..what that means ? card mailed to me without tracking number

hello everyone, I hope y’all doing great today. Is there anyone who recently has their I485 or green card approved? how long did it take to get your card? the last update on my case was “card was mailed to me” since 12 days ago, I didn’t receive a tracking number,y attorney hasn’t recieved the card yet. I’ve called uscis office severally without success and the agent I spoke with yesterday escalated the issue to a tier two officer, and told me to expect a call from an officer soon.
