Approved, but PD is not current until next month

hey folks. I got the New Card is being produced today. however my PD (July 2022) is not current until the October visa bulletin. I’ve heard stories about people being approved while not being current, but what’s more confusing is that I got CRP on July 19 specifically saying there’s no visa available. could it be that they already start processing cases according to the October bulletin?

Alhamdoulilah yesterday morning I received a message action was take and when I checked it was New card is being produced. I 130 approved 02 years ago. rfe for medical response month ago et was approved without any interview now waiting for my card. I say thanks to somebody who really help me. And the good thing in this app you always find somebody with a similar case approach the person you don’t know!

asylum granted 2022 i485 filed with medical on 05/31/2023 fingerprints were taken 06/03/2023 case transferred to LA field office on 08/25/2024 good luck all ✌️

Officer Reviewed Case but No Decision

Today, emma told me that immigration officer reviewed my case on 09/04/2024 but I haven’t received any decision yet. The case was transferred to non-local FO on 08/12/2024. Does this indicate anything? My current status is RRFE since 03/09/2024 and PD 01/10/2023. Update: 09/07/2024, New Card is Being Produced
