Does filing form I-140 automatically extend work authorization?
Form I-140 has been received and notice of receipt has been issued but I am yet to receive actual letter in the mail.
Do I file form I-765 to extend work authorization or it automatically is extended when I-140 is filed.

Hi everyone, asking on behalf of someone. He applied for the Eb2 NIW 1-140 application, at the Texas service center back in November 2020., until now, no update from USCIS. Please it is normal? is anyone also in this type of situation or that applied around that same time with their application still pending? I submitted my 140, 765 and 485 concurrently with the medical as well. My 140 and 765 have been approved. Priority date is current. My 485 was transferred to NBC from TSC on September 27, 2022 and Fingerprints have been applied to my 485 on October 12, 2022. After that no updates until now. Still waiting!!! Please share if you know anything regarding the current timeframe. Thank you!!

I-140 approved, how long until I-485 decision?
Filed concurrently I-140 EB-2 NIW, I-131, I-765, I-485 September 2021. I-131 got rejected due to some error so we refiled later in Jan 2022.
My I-140 was approved today. I am waiting eagerly for I-131 or I-485 in order to travel. Does anyone have any guesstimates on how long this might take for Nebraska? #I-140 #niw #I-485 #lin #nebraska #nsc

Hi, Lawfully community,
I just paid $2500 to upgrade my EB2-NIW I-140 to premium processing. I had a job offer and my future employer is waiting for my I-140 approval and EAD (I have not had any of those two yet).
I am wondering how long did it take for you to get the final decision after the premium processing was submitted?
