EB1C Processing - I-140 Approved and EAD/AP Timeline Inquiry

My I-140 was approved on January 31, and I applied for I-485, I-765, and I-131 on February 24. I completed my biometrics yesterday. Can anyone share insights on the typical timeline for receiving a decision on the EAD, AP and I-485? When can I expect to receive the final decision for these applications? Note: specific information for EB2-NIW i140. This is a progress report for the ninth month of my application process on Lawfully (NOV-2023). I'm currently awaiting a decision on my EB2-NIW I-140. There have been no updates since last month (As you all know new fiscal year is coming), and I'm approaching the current 11-month (avg80% of cases being reviewed) review timeline for this type of application. Travelling outside US after filing for I-140

Can someone please tell me if I can travel - 1) If I have sumbmitted my i-140 but the priority date is not current 2) If I filed for I-140 and I-485 concurrently and prioirity date is current I have a L1 visa and can travel. Approved I-140 and recent PERM

Hello, I'm seeking clarity on my situation. I have an approved I-140 from a self-petitioned EB2-NIW with a priority date of May 2023. Recently, my employer filed a PERM for me in February 2024. Given this situation, can I proceed to submit my I-485 adjustment of status when my EB2-NIW becomes current for my approved I-140? Or do I need to wait for the PERM process to be approved again? I'm concerned if this PERM filing might prevent me from filing when EB2 becomes current for the Rest of the World (ROW). Just wondering if I should ask them to withdraw the PERM. #I-140 #EB2

AOS vs IVP

I got I-140 approved in EB2-NIW with PD Nov 2023. I am from ROW country and my PD is not current. My current visa is expiring soon. By the time my EAD expires the PD is not likely to be current for filing either. So I am planning to go for IVP. Has anyone in this group gone for IVP instead of adjustment of status? If so, what are the risks involved as opposed to doing adjustment of status? RFE after i—140 approval

Hi everyone. so wanted to know if anyone has similar experiences. kinda weird but well. I filed for i-140 Nov last year and got approved early this year. received my approval notice. Then several 30+ days later I receive RFE on the already approved i-140. Lawyer responded to the RFE basically saying we have the approval and it stands because we didnt get any notice of revocation or that the approval was in error. its been 4 months since that letter was sent to USCIS. No response yet. any ideas #i-140, #NIW

Had interview last week. The officer said she would approve our case after receiving our file from the NVC. I opted for the consular processing when applying for I-140. Any idea of timeline?

Does filing form I-140 automatically extend work authorization? Form I-140 has been received and notice of receipt has been issued but I am yet to receive actual letter in the mail. Waiting on I-485 approval for long time!! Please share if anyone has any idea regarding the current time frame!!

I submitted my 140, 765 and 485 concurrently with the medical as well. My 140 and 765 have been approved. Priority date is current. My 485 was transferred to NBC from TSC on September 27, 2022 and Fingerprints have been applied to my 485 on October 12, 2022. After that no updates until now. Still waiting!!!
