Hello Everyone, I would like to share a happy news with you all, I just got granted an Asylum, I got my Asylum granted on 4/14/2025, with just only 7 months total timeline, Thank you Lawfully 🥳🥳🥳

I hope for those of you who is currently waiting for your case to be adjudicated, hope you will all get approval soon, be positive, keep praying dont forget, God Is Good, here is my time line: 9/17/2024 - Submission 10/10/2024 - Biometric 10/29/2024 - Interview - Decision is pending 11/18/2024 - Application is pending 1/28/2024 - Decision is pending 4/14/2024 - Fees were Waived Good Luck everyone.

is VAWA taking long for you as well? 🥲

I applied Sept 2022 and since then all I’ve received were my fees were waived and Prima Facie extensions. I used to be under DACA but haven’t renewed since 2018. My lawyer has only applied for I-360 no EAD or I-485, should I ask him to apply for these? any help or advice appreciated! Thank you 🙏🏽

I-131 travel permit

My VAWA was approved 1 year and 1 month ago. I sent the medicals after imigration requested them and so far nothing had changed. I decided in February to apply for the travel permit for the first time and today I got the letter saying that the fees were waived. When should I expect the travel permit? any idea?
