N-400 with Pending I-751 and ADT Stamp
Hello everyone. I filed I-715 in June 2021 which is still pending so far. My application was filed to Texas processing center and has been transferred to NBC (national benefits center) since then. Last week we filed N-400 and I’m waiting to get the receipt for the filing. My extension on I-751 is expiring at the end of July 2045 and this is stressing me out. I have few questions: Does the receipt for N-400 provides an option extension on top of the extension from I-751? If N-400 does not provide an additional extension, when should I apply for an ADIT stamp? and how long it takes to get the stamp? I appreciate any information and insight you can help with! Here is the timeline of my I-741 and N-400 for more details: I-751 application: 06/17/2021: USCIS received completed I-751 application with evidence to the Texas processing center. 06/25/2021: received the 18 months extension notice no new updates nor new notices since then. 09/16/2021: called USCIS and opened an inquiry regarding my biometrics as because there no notice about the appointment being waived nor required. 09/22/2021: received email from USCIS to inform me that they sent me a notice for biometrics appointment. 10/13/2021: attended my biometrics appointment. 11/24/2021: received extension for 24 months. xx/xx/2022: received extension for 48 months (don't remember the date I received the new extension). 08/17/2023: We sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. 11/07/2023: Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received. 01/03/2024: Case Was Transferred To A New Office. 07/24/2024: For some reason the case status changed back to “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken”. N-400: 01/30/2025: Filed the application package to USCIS by mail. 02/07/2025: Application was deliver to USCIS by mail. #N-400 #I-751 #ADIT_Stamp

I-751 & N-400 Approved
After a long time, the wait has come to an end and I wanted to share my timeline with everyone in here. 12/7/2021 - I-751, Removal of Condition application was received and completed the fingerprints few weeks later 03/12/2023 - N-400, application for US Citizenship was received and completed fingers prints few weeks later. 07/07/2023 - I-751 was transferred to another office and that office has jurisdiction on this case 12/11/2023 - N-400 application for Citizenship was scheduled for an interview Yesterday I went to my citizenship interview with my spouse. We brought all the required documents submitted previously for the I-751 and N-400 including documents to proof bonafide of marriage. We arrived 20 minutes prior to the interview time. I was called in 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The officer called my name and I proceeded to walk and welcomed me with a pleasant smile and said “good morning, would you like your husband to join us?” I responded and said “Sure thing”. She walked us to her office and presented her self and told us to make our selves comfortable. she apologized for the delay in calling me as she was running behind on interviews. Before we sat, she told my spouse to sit behind me and instructed me to remain standing to be sworn, after that she asked for my ID, Green Card and Passport. I handed these to her and she explained what’s going to happen during the interview. The officer began the civic test, reading and writing tests. I passed all, then she went over the information submitted in the application to ensure all is correct including address, job etc… The interview was very quick and the officer explained that I passed the citizenship test and handed me my test results she also explained that she has my I-751 application to remove condition on my greencard and she was able to review it prior to the interview. The officer said that my I-751 application looks good and nothing is needed, she will review again and close it out before she approves my N-400, but unable to make a decision at that time. The officer said that I should get an update soon. I asked the officer if she needs additional supporting documentation since we brought updated information for the I-751, but she repeated that it is not necessary and the application will be approved soon, everything looks good. Next day, I received notification that I was schedule for an oath ceremony!!! I was super excited and happy during the interview process. I was relaxed the whole time and appreciated the kindness and politeness of the officer. I wish and hope everyone in this community group to have such great and stress free interview experience. It has been a long process that started in 2019 with my initial green card application. Please make sure to enjoy your life and deattach yourselves from the constant stress and anxiety. Thank you, everyone! #Thankyougod #N400 #N-400 #I-751 #removalofcondition #I751 #citizenship #Nebreska
