I’ve been toiling with whether or not I should upload additional evidence to my I485. After sifting through different posts and different sources, I’ve decided why not? So I did and realized, your Timestamp automatically changes when you do… Timeline remaining hasn’t changed (which we all know by now is BS) but I’m keeping tabs on it all the same. how long after an interview does it takes to get a decision if case is held for review?

I have an interview in two days have anyone been to a marriage based interview recently what questions were asked ?

Filed as a widow with an approved I-130

Shortly after my husband filed the I-130, he got ill and our focused switched. He passed Dec 2023. After which the I-130 was approved March 2024, I was still grieving and had no idea where or if the process could have continued. Finally with research in Aug I decided to get a lawyer and filed to convert my approved petition to I-360 and file I-765 & I-485 concurrently. it’s been a year since my husband passed and I was unable to see him laid to rest in our home country (his dying wish). Sharing so others in similar situations and not sure how to proceed can get an idea of the timeline #widow #i485 #i360

Best fucking /Christmas Ever!! 💚

I was notified at 4pm but with the news I quickly started calling all my family, friends and everyone who has been with me in this long process, but I would never forget you guys who were also with me here after 2 years 9 months and 18 days I was finally approved. I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS, soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams But in the end it was not like that. RFE notice before completing biometrics appointment (I485)

Hi, To give color to the situation, I submiited my I485 in 2022 as I am an eb5 investor. Havent heard anything from them since last week. My I526 got approved in 2022, right before I submitted my I485. I received a biometrics letter yesterday saying my appointment will be in 2 weeks from now.
